refugee support app

Hi guys, I just recently heard about growing concerns regarding the risk of sexual exploitation and human trafficking of ukrainian refugees. A problem which seems all to realistic and that we should get ahead of before manifestation. Since I know multiple ukrainian nationals working in IT and software development I came up with the idea of a mobile app. I believe an app would be the fastest and most powerful tool available to aid refugees across the EU by: 1. providing easily accessible information about their legal rights in the respective country in ukrainian language, 2. providing lists of hotlines and aid services thematically sorted. 3. saving their details (via non- mandatory login/ simple dial in) 4. easy and quick registration of personal details of drivers, hosts etc. (for example by pictures of their IDs which are saved in the app, not accessible for the user but deposited for the police if need be) 5. saving of details about their current location / main stay 6. providing a panic button /silent alarm type of connection straight to police services. In creating such a tool we could enhance the security situation and massively discourage potential criminal behaviour. Nothing is worse than fleeing violence and trauma just to end up in same where you least expected it. To avoid the covid-track-app phenomeon and the creation of 20 different apps in every nation it would be advisable to develop one single application, providing a framework which then can be filled in with varying informations regarding to where a person in located. In order to get things going by yesterday your help is dearly needed. Push the idea asap to get the attention of microsoft and legalization / security arrangements by the EU.
