* Make IED fit for climate protection by better combining it with the Emission Trading System (ETS). * Define best available techniques (BAT) instead of only limiting impacts from the ‘most damaging’ industrial activities * Address impacts of methane emissions from all livestock * Reduce the Member States' flexibility in enforcing supranational standards by implementing dissuasive penalties.
