EU membership for Ukraine under a special fast-track procedure

Brussel, 08.03.2022 I sign this petition to ask ours EU leader to accept Ukraine`s application for EU membership. I am asking that this is immediate with no bureaucratic and waiting periods. Allow Ukraine to gain immediate membership under a special fast-track procedure. Many Ukraine people live and work close to us. Ukrainian men work in the construction industry while many Ukrainian women work in our homes helping in the housekeeping or taking care of our old parents. Our Ukrainian friends or colleagues speak fluent English, Dutch, German and Italian. They are always polite, thankful and grateful to us. Despite the barbaric and devastating conditions in their homeland, they remain strong and resilient. These are mothers and fathers working side by side with us in EU, they pray that their children and family in Ukraine remain safe and alive In Ukraine they are fighting to defend freedom and democratic values at all costs . Their courage, patriotism, determination and resiliency is deserving of EU membership. We consider these Ukrainian people as martyrs . Their actions remind us of the importance of these values in all EU countries. As peaceful, educated and civilized European citizens we can help Ukraine in a concrete way, not with words, not with money and not with weapons. Let us give the Ukrainian people EU membership now! The EU continent is the birthplace of democracy. With Ukrainian membership in EU, our old-continent will become a younger and a stronger union of peace and democracy. Let us sign this petition asking our EU leaders to recognize the EU membership ad homoren to all Ukrainian citizens in the same way as a University assigns the degree of doctor ad honorem to a valuable person. Our Ukraine friends deserve our respect and admiration: - they are valuable to us working as immigrants far away from their families and home for many years. Their daily sacrifice in silence has been valuable to many of us. they are valuable to us in their strength of defending freedom and democracy starting from the Euromaidan revolution of 2014 until now.
