Hello To whom it may concern My name is pegah ghavami with a ID number : 0184253A I got a lesa, and when i was paying, accidentally I asked if i have another lesa to pay , they checked and they said yes, Contravention: 063-17419-6 29/10/2021 in Birgu Registration car No: KBU534 I never got lesa on my car or in my home post box, i swear i never received any letter, otherwise I was paying it till now, i got 10 min coffee in Birgu , i didn’t know for get take away coffee i should fix my car clock, that’s my mistake i except it but paying much more, like 69.88 € it’s too much, salary in malta is so low, if i pay for a lesa 70 euro i can shop to eat one week, If i didn’t ask , i didn’t know even i have lesa that time. Please please please, at least let me to pay original price of my lesa as 23.29. I went to the lesa office in Zejtun and Fgura, they said it’s too late to ask for paying original amount, and add only place can help me it’s your office if i explain my problem. I am begging you to order to pay as a original amount. I swear to god i had no letter before and if i wasn’t asking i never know about it. Thank you Pegah ghavami
